Old Stables Lucy's Room

The Old Stables at the Whites Dairy House has recently been converted into three luxury en-suite twin and double rooms. All are equipped with a TV and teletext, a radio/alarm clock, a hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms have been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and feature tasteful, but modern furniture. Lucy's Room is situated on the first floor and has a shower in the en-suite. It is arranged as a twin room.

Lucy's Room

Williams room is more compact than the other rooms at the Old Stables, but has a very generous en-suite, which includes a bath with a shower head. Williams Room can be found on the first floor and is arranged as a twin room.

William's Room

Sam's Room is on the ground floor and the en-suite has a bath with a shower head. The room is arranged as a double. This is an ideal room for guests who prefer not to negotiate stairs.

General Information

In cool conditions, all rooms are fully centrally heated and have thermostatic valves fitted to the radiators for precise temperature control. In warm conditions fans are supplied.

We pride ourselves on our generous fluffy towels and face flannels.

There is a small selection of books and magazines in each room.

Communications

For those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world, we are happy to send and receive e-mails for a modest charge.

At the moment, only the Vodaphone mobile network works well in the valley.
